We understand that sometimes an item just doesn't work out — so we've tried to keep our returns process as simple and stress-free as possible.

7-Day Return Window

You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Email us at hello@stickrsg.com with the following, and we'll get back to you with next steps:

We accept returns in two situations:

Change of mind. Your item must be unworn or unused, still have its original tags, and be in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect item. If your item arrived faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, it's eligible for return regardless of its condition — just reach out and we'll make it right.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please wait for approval before shipping anything back to us. Items sent without a return request first won't be accepted.

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
