Returns & Refunds

We understand that sometimes an item just doesn't work out — so we've tried to keep our returns process as simple and stress-free as possible.

7-Day Return Window

You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@stickrsg.com with the following, and we'll get back to you with next steps:

  1. Your order number
  2. Your receipt or proof of purchase
  3. The reason for your return or exchange
  4. A supporting photo or video

Is My Item Eligible?

We accept returns in two situations:

  • Change of mind. Your item must be unworn or unused, still have its original tags, and be in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect item. If your item arrived faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, it's eligible for return regardless of its condition — just reach out and we'll make it right.

What Happens Next

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please wait for approval before shipping anything back to us. Items sent without a return request first won't be accepted.

Items That Can't Be Returned

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
